9:00 Inspections complete

9:15 Opening Ceremony and Review of Code of Conduct with Audience and Teams

9:30 Begin Skills and Judged awards interviews (done in the pits)

9:30 - 11:30 Skills matches and Pit interviews for Judges Awards

11:30 - 12:15 Lunch

12:15 Teams begin queing for Teamwork Matches

12:30  Teamwork Matches Begin (6-8 matches per team) 

2:30 Teamwork Matches Conclude

2:45 - 3:00 Finals

3:15  Awards

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an emergency or bad weather, primary team contacts will be notified by the Event Partner.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Teams will be provided full refunds minus the $5 that Robotevents.com charges.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will not be provided.

The Payment Deadline for this event is December 13th:

Non payment by this date means your team will be put on the waitlist. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
