Welcome to the annual Battle in the Bayou - VEX IQ Robotics Competition!
There will be concessions and lunch options at the facility.
Please do not bring any outside food or drinks. There will be concessions available.
We’re looking forward to an exciting and successful tournament!

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital notebooks are due January 29, 2026.

Skills fields will close at the end of the final qualifying match.
We’ll do our best to run as many matches as possible to ensure a great experience for all teams! Please note that the schedule may shift throughout the day, and the event may conclude earlier than expected depending on match flow.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the Event Partner cancels for reasons beyond our control, we will do our best to reschedule or provide a credit toward registration for a future event.
If a Coach needs to cancel for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: if event partner cancels event we will do our best to reschedule or comp into a future event
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
