Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

 

This event follows Baltimore City Public Schools' guidance on weather-related event cancellations.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Coaches will be notified as soon as possible and if appropriate refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Refunds can only be issued before the start of the first event.  If a coach/mentor needs to withdraw a team after the first event refunds can not be guaranteed.

 

 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging at the final league Event- The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Digital notebooks will be accepted with prior notification and when submitted through the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
