General Info
Team Voyage is proud to host this year's VIQRC Mix and Match. This competition is open to all registered Elementary School VIQRC TEAMS ONLY. The competition will be held December 6, 2025 at Bayou View Middle School in the gym.
If you can provide a judge for our event, I will mark one team paid per organization. The judge would need to score notebooks the week before the event and conduct interviews the morning of the event. The team will be marked paid at the conclussion of the event if all criteria is met. Let me know if your organization would like to do so.
Your payments must be shown in the system as paid by December 1, 2025 in order to participate in the competition. Please get on the waiting list if the competition has filled, or you have more than 4 teams and if any spots become available I will contact you.
We will have a concession stand. More specifics will be available closer to the event.
Please complete all team member release forms at REC Foundation as soon as possible.
JUDGING: Notebooks must be submitted digitally by noon on November 30, 2025. Interviews will be conducted in person. Teams will recieve a scheduled time. All teams will be interviewed.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather, all teams will be notified Friday, December 5th of any changes in times or possible cancelation.
Refund and Payment Policies
There will not be any refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
Digital Notebooks are due Sunday November 30,2025 by 5:00pm
Interviews will be conducted Saturday December 6, 2025 8:00am - 11:00am.
