Welcome to the Mobile County Public School System (MCPSS) LOTC League for VEX IQ Rapid Relay Robotics Competition MS LOTC ONLY .
Please confirm your attendance by responding to this e-mail to let me know you are coming. The event agenda is as follows:
1. 0800hrs --- Check-in
2. 0830hrs --- Robot Inspection
3. 0830hrs --- Journal Inspection
4. 0855hrs --- Tournament Schedule Announcement
5. 0900hrs --- Welcome and Event Commence
6. 1230hrs --- Closing Award Ceremony
7. 1300hrs --- Dismiss
Please be familiar with VEX IQ Current year Regulations and guidelines. If you are a part of the MCPSS LOTC league there is no event registration fee; however, please ensure you complete the consent forms. This is a closed event only MCPSS LOTC league are allowed to register. Registration is free to MCPSS LOTC. when you register please enusre you add please ensure you have added LTC Chevelle Thomas and SSG Wesley Porter as an alternate POC on the robot events.com website and your team has completed the consent forms prior to the competition. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The event will only be canceled if MCPSS school activities are canceled. Check the MCPSS website or social media to determine school status.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given back to school. ( no fee ) LOTC Personal only.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
