We will do our best to run on time but the agenda is subject to change.
Skills will close when the last Qualification match ends.
Volunteer
Stargate typically does not require attending teams to bring volunteers. We do however need judges not affiliated with Stargate so if you would like to volunteer as a judge or in any other capacity, please email [email protected]. If we do not have enough volunteers to judge, we may require teams to provide a volunteer to judge.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather (as determined by Adams 12 School District) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:
Payments for this tournament are due one week prior to the event @ 12:00 PM EST
If the Event Partner cancels the event for reasons other than inclement weather:
Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- A notebook submission deadline will be communicated with registered teams via email.
