Join us at the Wolfpack Challenge. This event will take place in the Media Center. 

  • Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, are allowed at the pit table at any time during the event.
  • Robot Skills are all scheduled prior to alliance matches.
  • Masks may be worn.

This event will take place in the Media Center.

8:00 - Doors Open and Inspection Begins

8:45 - Drivers Meeting

9:00-12:15 - Skills

12:15-12:45 - Lunch

12:45-4:00 - Alliance Matches

4:30 - Awards

Volunteers are welcome.  Please contact Tabetha Kelley ([email protected]) if you would like to help.

There will be one ref at each field.  Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.

All teams are asked to ensure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule unless a cancellation is required.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.

Payments must be made by January 16, 2026.

Teams that have not paid by that date will be moved to the waitlist. 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks must be submitted by 5pm on January 21, 2026.
