General Info
Darkinjung is pleased to present the VIQC – Invitational Tournament on Monday October 21th.
This event will be hosted by Darkinjung Barker and more information will be available to the teams closer to the competition date.
Once your team is registered, they will transfer to the waitlist. If your team has been succefully invited, they will be manually tranfered back to the team list.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather conditions the event will be cancelled. Organisers will do their best to give advance notice where possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full Refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that cancel 10 days before an event are entitled to a refund. Cancellations with less then 10 days notice will forfeit the registration fee.
Judging Format
All in person judging, uplaod engineering notebook via robotevets.com 24 hours before the event.
