Location: Zionsville Community High School Field House. Enter on the South side of building. The entrance will be labeled. Pitts will be labeled for each team. Please bring a power strip to charge robot batteries.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will monitor the weather and follow Zionsville Community Schools policy for emergency and bad weather if cancelation is necessary..
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event the refund will be given minus $10.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend, no refund will be given.
Payment Deadline is October 18th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Teams should submit their engineering notebook during check in. Electric submissions will not be allowed.
