  • Event Date: January 16-17, 2025

  • Venue: TESDA Women's Center. Gate 1, TESDA Complex, East Service Rd., South Superhighway, Taguig City

  • Check-In Time: 7:00 AM

  • Competition Start: 10:30 AM

  • Expected End Time: 5:00 PM

Reminders:

  • Bring your VEX IQ Robot, controller, batteries, and all necessary tools

  • Print your Engineering Notebook to be able to earn Judged Awards.

  • All team members must wear team uniforms or coordinated attire

  • Adhere to the VEX Code of Conduct and Event Health & Safety protocols

  • Food, merchandise, and STEM activity booths may be available at the venue

In case of typhoon, We will email all teams.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will refund the Event Registration.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If you have to remove your team after registration has closed, we can no longer refund your money.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
