Agenda

Our Super Fun Schedule!

7:30 AM: The doors are open! It's like Christmas morning, but with robots!

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Come on in! You can get checked in, show the inspectors your awesome robot, practice with your team, and get some skills runs in.

8:30 AM: You have to be checked in by now so we can get started! Don't be a cotton-headed ninnymuggins and miss it!

8:45 AM: All the coaches get to huddle up and talk strategy. It's like a secret meeting of elf managers!

9:00 AM: All the robot drivers, come on over! It's your turn to get the lowdown.

9:15 AM: The big show begins! We'll have our super duper opening ceremony.

9:30 AM: Qualifying matches and skills start! Let the fun begin!

11:30 AM: The judges and skills referees get to eat! It's their time to get a tummy full of syrup, or maybe just some candy canes.

12:00 PM: Lunchtime for everyone! Hooray!

12:45 PM: Time to get back to the good stuff! More qualifying matches and skills!

3:30 PM: We're at the end! Time for the final matches and the awards ceremony. We have so many trophies, it's going to be so much fun! You'll want to stay for sure!

4:00 PM: It's time to clean up and go home. We'll all give a big hug and say goodbye.

A little note just for you: Sometimes things get crazy, like when a toy train doesn't go on the track. So this schedule might change a tiny bit depending on how many teams are here and if we have any silly robot problems. But don't you worry, we'll have a good time no matter what!

Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation (less a $5 processing fee).

Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
