We are so excited to be hosting at Hartselle Intermediate School! If you ahve any questions, please reach out to [email protected]. More information will be posted/sent out to participating rteams closer to the competition.
Even if we are full, please add yourself to the waitlist! With the sick season we always have several unable to attend. Plus... if some of our teams qualify for State before then they may not compete at our compeition giving us room to pull people off of the wait list!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, we will follow all Hartselle City School guidelines and evaluate the ability to conduct a safe competition. This is the end of the season, so we want to give participants one last chance to qualify, but safety is one of our top priorities.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No Refund
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No Refund
Becuase this is the end of the season, we will do everything possible to try to host the event on another date if we cancel for weather; however, we will not be able to offer refunds.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
