General Info

Welcome to the White Mountain VEX IQ Blended League!

This is our first league up in the White Mountains on the Fort Apache Reservation (Whiteriver, AZ) and we are excited to have you join us!

We will host four(4) sessions - three(3) qualification sessions and a final session. Teams will be expected to participate in at least two(2) qualification sessions and the final session. Please note, each session has a different location.

Because this league is free, this is an invitational event to give our local teams priority to register.

Certification will be needed for certain roles.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the case of emergency or bad weather, we will cancel the event and notify coaches through email/phone. There will be no refund as this is a free event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

There will be no refund as this is a free event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Team will be moved to the waitlist and no refund will be given as this is a free event.
