Team pits and competition will be in the cafeteria.
Only the team members and one adult, in addition to the team coach, are allowed at the pit table at any time during the event.
Skills runs will be completed prior to qualification matches.
THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL SKILLS RUNS ONCE QUALIFICATION MATCHES BEGIN!

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Event will take place rain or shine, unless we have a weather event where the district closes schools.
Refund and Payment Policies
The deadline for payment in January 24, 2026. Teams who have not paid by this date may be placed on the waitlist. If there are any issues with payment, please reach out to me at [email protected]
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Please have notebooks submitted by January 29, 2026 at 4pm.
