General Info

ENGINEERING NOTEBOOKS-Link must be posted on robotevents.com by Friday, December 5, 2025 to be considered for judged awards. All notebooks will be scored before the event. No exceptions. Judges' interviews will be in person. The event will take place in the Gym. This building is located on the North side of the campus.  I will email prior to the event with specific directions.

Parking

Please park on the West side of campus in the general parking lot. There is plenty of parking available in this lot.  The entrance by the bike rack will be open for entry.

Concessions/Lunch

A food truck will be on-site during the event. I will email prior to the event with more information.

Refund and Payment Policies

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until November 1, 2025

50% refund on paid registration fees from November 1, 2025 - December 1, 2025

No refunds after December 1, 2025
