General Info
The Battle at the Boll Weevil - Halloween Edition event is open for elementary teams. The event will be held in the gym at Enterprise High School. Teams are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costume.
Food trucks will be available to purchase food, snacks, and cofffee.
Stay tuned for more information in the coming months! We will share updates here & email all registered teams as we finalize plans on parking, concessions, etc.!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely event of an emergency/weather situation, we will contact registered teams to discuss postponing/canceling our tournament.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event must be canceled it will be rescheduled for the another weekend.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds are not available, however, we will make best efforts to waive/reduce your registration to future events that we host.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
