Judging Information
In-Person Notebook Submissions
Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
In-Person Team Interviews, First-Come, First-Served
Team interviews will be conducted in-person during the event. Teams must report at their convenience to the judging area adjacent to the pits for their initial team interviews. The judging area will be open for initial team interviews on Friday only from 10:30 AM to 12:00 noon and 1 PM to 5 PM.
Practice Fields & Camp Chairs
Please be advised that due to limited space and safety concerns, teams will not be permitted to set up their own practice fields in the pits. We will have plenty of practice fields available in the designated area.
Additionally, spectators will not be permitted to set up their own chairs to view head-to-head or skills matches. We will have plenty of audience seating available, and parents/spectators are also welcome to watch the action from our parent lounge (see below).
Parent Lounge
New this year: Parents and other spectators are invited to enjoy our parent lounge! Located on the third floor of the Falcon Center, this space will offer parents an opportunity to follow the action while catching up on work or relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the gym floor. Charging points and WiFi will be available, and the event livestream will be shown.
