General Info
The 2nd annual Bots in the City of Southern Hospitality will be hosted by Morgan County 4H Robotics. Due to rescheduling the event, this is now the Valentines Crush It Event!
We look forward to teams coming together, learning from each other, and challenging each other to improve.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the Rec Foundation
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebooks should be submitted by Noon on 2/6/2025
