General Info
Due to the Judging will not occur, due the the early stages of the season. Notebooks will not be judged. When teams arrive at Hughes Academy, they will enter through the bus loop doors, in the front of the building. Signs will direct you to the gym. Only registered team members and one coach will be allowed to pit, area around the gym floor, tables will be set up and labled with team numbers. All other people associated with the teams including parents, siblings, and other spectators must remain in the stands.
As of right now we plan to offer lunch, and snacks throughout the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If bad weather forces us to cancell the event, a new date will be detirmined.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event and you are unable to attend than a refund minus $10 will be administered to the teams.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend then a refund will not be administered.
