General Info
The Zionsville Steel Eagles are excited to host the Mix and Match VEX IQ Robotics Competition at Zionsville Middle School in Zionsville, Indiana. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition, and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!
This event will offer in-person judging, skills challenges, and, of course, teamwork. Please remember to bring batteries, chargers, and license plates! Concessions will be available, and pizza may be ordered by teams.

4:00 approximately - Skills will close after the last qualifying match

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Coaches will be contacted via email or phone based on the registration information in the event of a cancellation due to inclement weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled minus the $5 REC processing fee and $10 fee for neccessary purchases for the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: registration fees will not be refunded.
Payment Deadline is January 31, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
