General Info
The SJA Jeju IQ Tournament is an open, blended IQ tournament for ES and MS Teams. We welcome all teams willing to abide by the Student Centered Philosophy and Code of Conduct of RECF and Vex Robotics.
The Qualifying Spots to the Korea VEX IQ National Championship listed on the event page are the minimum number that will be given out. Additional spots will also be given out once we have determined the grade level of the teams moving forward directly from the event. Additional spots will be given out so that each grade level's allocation of 20 ES team and 20 MS team is met.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be canceled. We will communicate this information as far in advance as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
There is no event fee for this event, but there is a fee collected to cover lunch for participants and volunteers. Teams will be sent payment information at the end of the registration period.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Lunch Fees will be refunded in full.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Lunch Fees collected will not be refunded unless the request is submitted at least 20 days before the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
The submission deadline for Digital Engineering Notebooks is 24 October.
