General Info
Join us for the 3rd Fun at the Library VEX IQ Robotics Competition. This tournament is for Middle School only, and we are limiting the registration per organization to 3 teams.
Please make sure you can arrive at the library no later than 10 AM. Due to the library hours, we are on a tight schedule, and we need your help to ensure we start and end the tournament on time.
The Teamwork Challenge will be held at the main theater stage. We invite parents and spectators to attend and watch the matches at the main theater. The robot pit area is small. We discourage parents and anyone else outside of team members and coaches from going to the pit area to ensure the pit area is not overcrowded.
This event is judged. Engineering notebooks will be reviewed and judged ahead of time due to time constraints during the tournament. Please ensure your team's engineering notebook link is uploaded to Robotevents before the winter break (Dec 19, 2025).
We want to thank the Las Vegas - Clark County Library District for providing this wonderful venue. Please help us show our appreciation by following their rules of not having food or open drinks inside the theater. Food is allowed only in the pit area and outside.

Travel Info
Please park at the library parking lot behind the library. Teams are encouraged to use the "Theater Entrance" located on the northwest side of the building. For your safety, please keep your teams together and with adult supervision until you are inside the theater.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Please have the link submitted before the winter break.
