Welcome to the inaugural Paxman Pits Mix & Match VEX IQ Tournament!
Whilst robot inspection begins at 8:30am, you may arrive from 8am.
On arrival, please drive up to the automatic gates in front of the main car park. From there, you will be directed to your school's allocated minibus parking bay and then escorted to the Main Hall where the tournament will be taking place.
Whilst lunch is not provided, teas, coffees, pastries and biscuits will be available to all staff with water available to students throughout the day. Also, there will be an affordable cake stand run by a local business which will be open to all.
The finals matches are scheduled for 2pm with the Awards and Closing ceremony set for 3pm. Should parents wish to attend the finals matches, please email me at [email protected] in advance.

I will send out emails regarding any emergency/bad weather should the situation arise.
Refund and Payment Policies
This is a free event. If the need to cancel the event should arise, I will send out e-mails at the earliest possible opportunity.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend the Coach/Mentor should follow the REC foundation rules on withdrawing and changing teams.
If the Coach/Mentor chooses to withdraw, for any reason, after the registration end date, the Event Partner should be contacted as soon as possible to allow them time to offer the spot to a team on the waiting list.
