Robotics Edge, Cybercat Robotics and Apex Robotics are excited to co-host the VIQRC Mix & Match Tournament.  

Snacks & drinks should be availalbe at our concession stand.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  No Refunds.

 

The payment deadline is November 4, 2025.  If payment is not received by this date, your team will be moved to the waitlist.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Please make sure your engineering notebook link is on Robot Events by November 5th, midnight.
