General Info
How to be added to the event: If you would like to add your team to the league, you will need to add the teams to the waitlist (located on the Waitlist tab). Feel free to email me if you need help with this process.

Due to space limitations, we will host 2 separate nights per session with 12 teams per session. Each team will only attend one night per session. Finals will be in session 4.
NOTE: This is a coaches and students only event. No spectators.

6:30PM - 8:00PM | Qualification and Skills Matches (3-4 qualification matches per night)
*There will be a skills field as well. Teams have a MAX of 3 autonomous and 3 driving skills each session. Must be done between their qualification matches.
Finals Sessions: 2/18, 2/25 (Day of Schedule: TBD)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be given, minus the $5 processing fee from the REC Foundation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given.
Payment Deadline is December 3, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Submission deadline is 11:59 pm February 15, 2026.
