This blended event will take place at Sage Valley Junior High school.

All participants should have their Consent Forms completed.

We wil have a 1 hour lunch break at Noon.

All children must be supervised/chaperoned by an adult. Spectators are welcome and we have lots of seating.

We are in need of many volunteers to help with the following:

We will nofity all parties ASAP regarding delays or cancellations due to an Emergency/Bad Weather Event. Refunds will be given in this case.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
