Robotics Edge, Cybercat Robotics, and Apex Robotics are excited to co-host the VIQRC Mix & Match Tournament.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Event is indoors. Weather should not be an issue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be provided.
The payment deadline is December 4, 2025. If payment is not received by this date, your team will be moved to the waitlist.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is December 7th, 2025.
