Welcome to our VEX IQ Tournament!
We love ROBOTICS and look forward to hosting your team at our in-person event. Our intention is to provide a day full of learning and fun for your students.
FAQ
- There will be 4 competition fields.
- There will be stations for chargers-- teams must bring their own chargers. Please clearly mark your charger with team name/number.
- There will be a practice field, but teams may also bring their own practice field
- Skills- 3 driver runs and 3 programming runs.
- We will have a concession stand open!
- Teams may bring sack lunches or order lunch from one of our area restaurants. We recommend you have a parent pick up the order/deliver it to your team.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If severe weather becomes a concern a decision will be made as early as possible and contact will be made to the coaches on the registration form information.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: The event will be rescheduled. There are no refunds for event rescheduling.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds are not offered for withdrawal or cancellation
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
