Volunteer

Volunteers are what make VEX events happen.  Our biggest need for each event are judges, and no experience is needed.  Volunteers receive an event shirt, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.  Contact the James Jobe at [email protected] if you would lke to volunteer. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).  If neccessary, we will make every effort to reschedule the event.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions should be complete by October 11th

Lunch Pre-orders

The booster club for Chips, FRC team 324, will be offering concessions throughout the event.  Please help us help you plan ahead with lunch pre-orders.  Please only one pre-order per team (preferably only one per organization).
