General Info
Registration Information
All participating teams must be registered with VEX Robotics and the Robot Events website, and must have an official team number before registering for this event. Tournament fees must be paid by December 13th, 2025. Any team not paid by this date will be placed on a waiting list. Registration and payments should be made through the Robot Events website.
Engineering Notebooks
Engineering notebooks are not mandatory but are highly recommended to be eligible for most awards. All engineering notebooks will be collected from each team at check-in and returned at the end of the event. No digital engineering notebooks will be judged in this competition. If you have a digital notebook, please print a hard copy and bring it with you.
Lunch and Concessions
Please support our robotics teams by taking advantage of our pizza presale. An online presale food form will be sent to registered team coaches before the event. Food and beverages will also be sold on the day of the event.
Pits and Competition Area
Check the information in the envelope given to the coach at check-in. Only coaches and team members are allowed in the pit areas. Guests are invited to sit and enjoy the matches in the competition area. Your pit number is the same as your team number. Please remain in your pit area between matches to make it easier for other teams to find you for strategy discussions and for judges to locate you for interviews.
Competition Preparation
Skills and Qualification Matches: These events will take place simultaneously. Teams should manage their time accordingly if they plan to compete in Robot Skills matches. Check the envelope given at check-in for your Skills Card.
All robots must pass inspection after check-in. Inspections open at 8:00 AM and close at 8:40 AM. To avoid delays on the day of the competition, please pre-inspect your robots at your schools. Ensure that you have the latest version of programming software for your IQ Brain.
Practice Fields
Practice fields are allowed as long as there is space. We will have limited room in a designated area for practice fields. If you bring a practice field, you are expected to share it and allow other teams to practice as well.
Participation and Consent Form
A completed consent form for all participants must be uploaded to robotevents.com prior to the tournament. Team leaders must ensure that all team members attending the event have completed the online consent form.
