General Info

This event is a conference event for Dallas ISD teams only.  Teams will need to add themselves to the Waitlist first,  then the event administrator will add them to the event. You will receive a notification once your team is added to the event list of teams. This event is open to spectators.

 

Update (1/23/26) This event was rescheduled from Feb. 7 to Feb. 14, and the venue changed from ED Walker MS to the Automobile Building at Fair Park.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

All cancellations will be communicated through email. Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Unfortunately, there will be no make-up in case of weather cancellations.

Refund and Payment Policies

In the event that the tournament is canceled by the event administrator, a refund will be issued to registered teams. If a team/coach cancels their registration, it must be done at least one week prior to the event, or no refund will be granted.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
