General Info
This is the first Marksmen event for elementary and middle school teams for the VIQRC season. All skill levels are welcome. Whether you are a veteran team or newbies, we welcome you to our school and southern Indiana. Enjoy the atmosphere and the southern hospitality!

(10:00 – 12:00)- 11:00-1:00 Qualification Matches Begin
(Skills open from 9:00-11:30. Skills will close for a lunch break from 11:30-12:00)
(12:00 PM – 12:30 PM )–1:00-1:30 Lunch Break (Please visit our concessions.)

Volunteer
Volunteers are not needed, but if your team wants to train key positions for your own tournament you're more than welcome.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If we cancel the event due to bad weather, we will give you a refund or credit for a future tournament. If we have the tournament and you are unable to make it for some reason the fee is non refundable.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds or future credits will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment Deadline is December 20, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
