General Info
We are excited to welcome teams, coaches, and families to our Christmas Tournament, a celebration of innovation, teamwork and passion for STEM!
This event will have all Remote Engineering Notebooks. Teams must upload their engineering notebooks link to their RobotEvents account by December 5, 2025 by 4pm. Late uploads and day of the event submissions will not be accepted. The team interviews will be in-person on the day of the event.
To help ensure the event runs smoothly, we are asking for coach volunteers to serve as judges in the division their students are not competing in, Any coach who is willing to judge will reieve one free team entry to their registered event. Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather is bad, please stay home. We will reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given minus the $5 non-refundable Robot Events fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: This will be handled on a case-by-case basis including no refund given.
Payment is due on December 5, 2025. Teams that have not paid will be moved to the waitlist.

Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally one week before the event for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
