General Info
SPAE is excited to host this Mix and Match VEX IQ Robotics Competition tournament at Sequoia Pathfinder Academy at Eastmark Elementary Charter School. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition, and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! We will have concessions and there are plenty of resturants near by as well.

7:45-10:30 am: Judge Interview (please be on time)
8 am to 9:30 am: Robot Inspection and Team Check-in. Teams can complete Robot Skills challenges at this time.
9:45 am: Team/Coaches meeting
10 am to 12 noon: Team Match Challenges
12 pm to 1 pm: Lunch (Food truck and concession available for purchase)
1 am to 2:30 am: Team Match Challenges
3 pm: Finals Matches
4 pm: Awards
5 pm: Event Closed
Volunteer
We are currently seeking the following key positions for experienced volunteers who have filled one of these roles at a local tournament:
- Head Referee
- Head Judge
- Judges
- TM operator
We will be in need of many Judges, Computer Operators and General Assistants. We will have training available on-site the day before the event for these positions.
All volunteers will receive meals, snacks and a free shirt.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refund will be submitted minus $5 REC funds
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be admitted
Health and Safety Policies
Will abide by all health and safety policies implemented by SPAE and REC guidlines
