Welcome to Elevate Tech VEX IQ Tournament #1! This tournament will take place, in person, at 

Location: Inglewood Middle School

Judging Format: In-Person with Remote Notebook Judging

Judging will be a combination of Digital Notebooks and in-person interviews.

Notebooks for this event need to be checked in-online at robotevents

Team page by Dec 10th 2025 11:59PM. Judges will start reviewing as early as Thursday Dec 11th 2025.

Agenda

Tentative Agenda for the Elevate Tech VEX IQ Tournament #1

9:00am - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 8:00 am)

9:05am - 10:00am - Inspection and team check-in. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.

9:15am - 3:00pm - Skills field open

10:15am - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)

10:30am - 4pm Qualification rounds

12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch (Food must be consumed outside and in designated areas)

4:15pm - 4:30pm - Finals

4:30pm - 5:00pm - Awards

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
