Agenda

  • 9:00am - Doors open. Team Check-in and Inspection begins. 

  • 9:15am - Practice and Skills Fields Open 

  • 10:00am - Check in and Inspection Ends

  • 10:15am - Drivers Meeting 

  • 10:30am - Qualifying Matches Begin, Judges begin Initial Interviews in Pits, Skills field Re-open

  • 12:00-1pm - Closed for Lunch - Food Truck on-site for lunch orders

  • 1pm - Qualification matches resume, Judging resumes, Skills fields reopen

  • 2:45pm - Skills line ends 

  • 3:00pm - SKILLS FIELD CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF TOURNAMENT

  • 4:00pm - Qualification match ends 

  • 4:15pm - Finals 

  • 4:30pm - Awards 

  • 5:00pm - Photos/Cleanup/Go Home

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
