General Info
The Lake Minneola High School Nerds of Prey Robotics team is proud to host our tournament for VEX IQ Robotics Mix and Match held at Lake Minneola High School in Minneola, FL.
The tournament is an Elementary School tournament only. Certain award winners will qualify for the North/Central Florida Regional Championship.
This event will include a teamwork championship, skills challenge and judging. We are also hosting Middle Schools that day, so we may have to combine the events if registration is low.
THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL SKILLS RUNS ONCE QUALIFICATION MATCHES BEGIN!

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees robotevents.com charges.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
If payment is not received prior to the November 26th, 2025 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.
