All teams in Oregon are wlecome to register. We look forward to starting this season with a great tournament!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies

Due to the nature of costs associated with hosting events, Queen of Peace is unable to offer refunds to teams that cancel their registration. However, please let us know if you are unable to attend so that we can better plan for the event.

If the event partner cancels, teams will receive a full refund minus the $5 REC Foundation fee.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline is Nov 7.
