General Info
This competition is an elementary competition that will be held in Pittsboro. We will be running a fast pace competition with the whole competition done around noon. We will be having a skills field but no judging with our competition.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Our competition will be in our cafeteria and gym. We have in each location marked maps of where to go for a fire, tornado, or any other emergency event that align with our local emergency law.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Pittsboro Elementary will mail refunds after payments were received minus any RECF fees. This may take many weeks after payments are received from RECF. This will only take place if the EP cancels the event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Due to the financial obligations of the event partner, no refunds will be made in this case.
Payment Deadline is December 27th, 2025. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
