Robotics Edge, Apex Robotics, and Cybercat Robotics are excited to co-host the VIQRC Mix & Match Tournament.  

This is an invitational event- if you are interested in attending, add your team to the waitlist. 

Snacks & drinks should be availalbe at our concession stand.

1:00 pm - Qualification Matches Resume (Skills will end with Qualification Matches)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

Event is indoors.  Weather should not be an issue. 

Refund and Payment Policies

Payment deadline is January 3, 2026.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:  Full refund, minus the $5 RobotEvent fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  NO REFUND

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Digital Engineering Notebook submissions must be submitted by midnight, January 3rd, 2026.
