If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Teams must notify of cancellation 48 hours prior to the event for full refund.

Travel Info

There is a bus zone nearby on Plane Tree Drive. Teams are requested to be dropped off and picked up from there.
It is a short distance to ABHS - 2-3 minute walk - The bus zone is here >> https://maps.app.goo.gl/eFd7Xi8BxB6qpNwh8

Teams will be able to see the entry point into the Gym as they approach the school.

There is a 'Kiss & Drop' zone on Frome Road suitable for cars, but it is not big enough for buses. https://maps.app.goo.gl/fUq8RMKDy39nuLu1A
