Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If an event must be canceled, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event in order to provide the opportunity for the students to compete. If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given unless there is a team on the waitlist that can attend in the withdrawing teams place. In the event there is a team from the waitlist that can replace the withdrawing team, a refund will be given less the $5 that the REC must keep to cover their processing fees. For example, a refund of $35 would be given for an event that costs $40. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to the event partner.
