Reminders:

  • Bring your VEX IQ Robot, controller, batteries, laptop, tools, and spare parts

  • Print your Engineering Notebook to be able to earn Judged Awards.

  • All team members must wear team uniforms or coordinated attire

  • Adhere to the VEX Code of Conduct and Event Health & Safety protocols

  • 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM: Qualification Matches | Judging | Robot Skills
  • 2:30 - 3:30 PM: Final Matches
  • 3:30 - 4:00 PM: Awarding Ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of typhoon, We will email all teams.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: We will refund the Event Registration.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If you have to remove your team after registration has closed, we can no longer refund your money.

Judging Format

  • All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
