General Info
Thank you for registering for The 3rd Annual Mrs. Philosopher's Invitational (VEX IQ Robotics Competition). Please put your team on the wait list if you are interested and teams will be invited to the event during the first week in December.
This VEX IQ Robotics Competition is a Invitational, so priority will be given to teams that haven't participated in competitions this year.
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form . (also available in Spanish) Once per season covers all events.

8:00 Doors open,
8:15 Registration, and Inspection Open
9:00 Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over. Get your rounds in early! Even if you are in line, skills will end.
9:30 Qualification matches start. Skills fields open.
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 2:30 Qualification Matches Skills will re-open and close at the end of the last qualification match. Being in line will not count.
3:00 - 3:45 Finals Matches, immediately followed by awards*
(Award ceremony will start right after Judges turn in results)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
A decision will be made early in the week if weather is expected to interfere with holding the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be given unless the team ends up not being invited.
Payment deadline is Jan. 5th, 2026. Teams not paying by that date risk being place on the waiting list.

Travel Info
Using I-95, take the Spanish River Exit. Turn right and the school entrance is on the left before Spanish River ends.
Using the Turnpike, take the Glades Road Exit. Turn left and go to I-95 North to the Spanish River Exit and follow above.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. The submission deadline is 11:59pm on Jan 5th, 2026.
