Please be aware that we are a fully operational school site and as such spectator numbers are restricted. Please can adults/coaches ensure that they do not exceed 1:5 Staff/Adult to pupil ratio. Parking is available but limited.
Please use YO30 6AB for your satellite navigation. We are a short taxi ride or a 12 minute walk from York Train Station.
St. Peter's School, Clifton, York, YO30 6AB. There are three schools on site at the event will be held at 13-18.

Volunteer
We will have a number of staff and pupil volunteers available on the day.
Please consult the RECF's Code of Conduct and Behaviour Guidelines for Team Adults and behave in a respectful and professional manner with event staff, volunteers and fellow competitors.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of anticipated bad weather - a text message will be sent out within 24hrs of the event start should cancellation be necessary.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No funds taken. No refunds necessary.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No funds taken. No refunds necessary.
Health and Safety Policies
Risk Assessments will be available as a separate download.
Copies of our safeguarding policy will be shared with all accompanying teachers and parents at reception on the day of the event.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
Please note that, due to the size of the event, all judging will be unofficial and the results will not be submitted to RobotEvents.
