General Info

Keystone presents our annual IQ tournament for the VIQRC 'Mix and Match" season for Western Pennsylvania.

This event will be locked for Western PA Region Teams ONLY unless all spots have not been filled by the registration deadline.  If your team is outside our region, it will be added to the waitlist until it is determined whether it will be open for teams outside our region.

8:00 am - 9 - Inspections

9:00- 9:15 -Drivers Meeting

9:15- 11:30 - Skills Competition

11:30-12:00 Break For Lunch

12:15 - Finish - Team Competition

Awards and Presentations at the end.

Our hope is to be finished by 3:00-3:30; however, unforeseen technical issues and other factors may cause the tournament to run until 5:00.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

We will make a call the night prior to February 7th if a weather emergency is warranted for cancellation. This event will not be rescheduled

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a weather cancellation or extenuating circumstance as determined by the Event Partner.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  A refund may not be granted.   Other teams within the school making the cancellation can trade out teams. for those that are already paid for.

 

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.

Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
