Doors will open at 8:00 a.m..
Practice fields will be allowed but must be available for all teams to use.

8:00 AM - Doors Open (no entrance prior to 8:00 am)
8:05 AM - Inspection Opens
8:30 AM - Skills Opens
9:00 AM - Inspection and team check-in closes. Teams arriving after this nor having passed inspection will not be allowed to play.
9:15 AM - Opening Ceremony / Drivers Meeting (Skills paused during Opening Ceremonies/Drivers Meeting)
9:30 AM - Qualification Matches
12:00-12:45 PM Lunch (There will be no food for purchase on site)
2:30 PM - End Qualification Matches / Skills Closes
3:00 PM - Finals Matches
3:45 PM - Awards
4:00 PM - End of Event / Clean-up (please leave Pits clean)

Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Deadline for submitting your notebook is Thursday night before the event by 23:59.
