Welcome to the Magnolia Reseda Mix & Match Tournament, hosted by Magnolia Science Academy Reseda and organized by ASB Robotics. We’re excited to welcome you and hope you enjoy a fun and competitive day!

Fields & Practice: We’ll have two competition fields and one Skills Challenge field. Extra practice fields may be set up outside, and teams may bring their own if space allows.

Skills Challenge: Both Driving Skills and Programming Skills are open to all teams.

Parking: Free on-site parking.

Personal Items: Please double-check your belongings before leaving.
Late Arrivals
Teams must check in 30 minutes before qualification matches. Please contact the event partner if running late to avoid being removed from the schedule.
Registration & Payment
Teams must complete payment at least 2 weeks before the event or risk being moved to the waitlist.

7:30–8:00AM – Doors open for volunteers & field setup
8:00–9:00AM – Team check-in & inspections
9:00–9:15AM – Opening Ceremony & Drivers Meeting
9:15–12:15PM – Qualifying Matches (first block)
12:15–1:00PM – Lunch Break
1:00–3:15PM – Qualifying Matches (second block, finish all quals)
3:15–4:30PM – Final Matches & Awards Ceremony
4:30–5:15PM – Clean Up
5:15PM – Doors close
Volunteer
Almost all of the volunteers for this event will come directly from the school.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of extreme conditions or a possible cancellation, please check the event page on RobotEvents.com for the latest updates. If an emergency arises, we will contact all registered teams directly using the information provided.
In the event of an emergency during the event, the venue emergency procedures will be safely followed.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be fully refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Due to the fixed costs, refunds will not be provided within two weeks of the event and are made at the discretion of the event partner.
Judging Format
NO JUDGING - No need to turn in engineering notebooks.
