The Dalles Middle School welcomes you to compete in the: Rapid Relay VIQRC Tournament at The Dalles Middle School and sponsored by Wasco County 4-H.
Skills Challenge Offered: Yes
Judging Format: Notebooks are reviewed digitally and must be submitted online at https://www.robotevents.com/ no later than Wednesday, January 7th at 5:00 pm. In-Person Judging interviews will take place at the tournament.
Concessions are available for purchase.

Volunteers:
Contact Cameron Deitz-Fuller, [email protected] to volunteer. Volunteers are currently needed to serve as referees, judges, robot inspection, and VEX Tournament Manager operation.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Weather:
In the event of impending bad weather, we will work with the host site to determine if the event can be held on the regularly scheduled day and time. If the event cannot continue on its original schedule, every effort will be made to either keep the event on the same day with an adjusted schedule or reschedule the event to a different date and/or location. Updates will be provided via email and posted to the event webpage on RobotEvents.com.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled. Most likely due to weather or other unpredictable changes.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will ont be issued, but please inform at [email protected] if unable to attend to ensure the event is able to be better planned.
Health and Safety Policies
All approved events and event attendees are required to follow all local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices. Event Partners should continually assess, based on current government guidelines, whether to postpone, cancel, or significantly reduce the number of attendees when necessary.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Submission Deadline: January 7th at 5pm
