IMPORTANT INFORMATION- 

NOTEBOOKS-Digital Engineering Notebook links must be posted on robotevents.com by February 19 by 3:00 pm Pacific Time in order to be considered for judged awards. NO EXCEPTIONS. All notebooks will receive rubric scores before the event by event judges. Rubrics will also be reviewed the day of the event for teams being considered for awards the day of the event.

INSPECTION, DRIVERS MEETING, & Team Shuffle Showdown-Will open Friday, February 27 at 4:00pm. See the agenda for specific times.

IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS- The Team Interviews will be conducted in-person the day of the event. 

Venue

The event will take place in the Gym. This building is located on the North side of the campus.  I will email prior to the event with specific directions.

Parking

Please park on the West side of campus in the general parking lot. A map will be sent closer to the event

Concessions/Lunch

Concessions and food trucks will be available on site.

4:00 pm - 5:15 pm-Check in and Inspection

5:15 pm - 5:45 pm Drivers Meeting Q&A (Official Drivers Meeting will be via emailed video message- to be emailed to coaches by Wednesday, February 25, 2026) You will be able to watch this virtually if you are not on site. There will be no other driver meeting.

5:45 pm - 7:30 pm Team Shuffle Showdown (SPECIAL AWARD GIVEN), more information to come-Fun series of challenges pairing teams from different programs

7:00 a.m. Doors Open

7:00 a.m. Inspection 

7:30 a.m. Inspection MUST be completed by 7:30 a.m. if you choose not to inspect on Friday Night. NO EXCEPTIONS.

7:30 a.m. Qualification Matches/Judging/Skills 

12:00-1:00 pm Lunch (Skills will be open on the skills field and the main fields from 12:30-1:00 pm)

1:00-3:00 pm Qualification Matches/Judging/Skills (Skills will end when matches end-Teams must be in line 30 minutes before matches end-If the event is running early, an announcement will be made)

3:00 p.m. Finals Matches & Awards

4:00 p.m. Team Load-out

We will communicate by email if something should prevent us from hosting the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

Full refund minus $5 processing fee on paid registration fees up until January 10, 2026

50% refund on paid registration fees from January 11, 2026 - January 25th- 2026

No refunds after January 26, 2026
